In our inspection, the first thing that we found was very less school strength. The school was well constructed but the occupancy was very low.
We conducted a motivation session (BADI BATA) with the village representatives to make them understand the importance of education and how it will influence them and their children. They formed groups to campaign about the importance of education and encouraged parents to join their children in the school.
Later, we provided each student with school bags, set up a small library with a rack and textbooks, and distributed sports kits for their physical development.
In our second phase, we visited the school again and digitized the school by providing digital classroom material like a projector, computer, and Internet connection.
In the academic year 2018-19, we once again visited the school and provided the children with recycled notebooks. Now, the school strength has increased to 75 children.
