Project Description

ZPHS Cherlaplem, which is 180 kms far from Hyderabad, has a school strength of 183 children. During our research, we found that children walk nearly 3–5 km barefoot to attend school.

Hence, to protect them, we distributed shoes to all the children. Apart from that, we also provided a virtual classroom to the school.

We have provided an unlimited internet connection to the school and connected the digital classroom with the internet. This setup helps in teaching the children English and Computer subjects.

Recently, we enabled the children to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech — "Pariksha Pe Charchaa" — live from Delhi through our virtual classroom setup.
